This website and store are operated by Sit Pretty Apparel. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms of service and all policies published on our website, including our shipping policy and refund policy. 

You must be the age of majority where you live to use the site and make purchases. Don't use the site for anything illegal or that could harm the site or other people. We can refuse service to anyone at anytime. 

We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion (for example: fraud screening flags). Prices, product info, availability, and promotions can change without notice. Errors can happen; we can correct them and cancel/refund orders placed on incorrect information. 

You agree to provide accurate, current billing, shipping, and contact details. 

All prices are originally marked in Canadian Dollars (CAD), which is our store's core currency. For customers outside Canada, prices may be adjusted by a small percentage to account for currency differences and exchange rates. Gift cards are issued in CAD, and while we adjust pricing for USD shoppers to reflect an approximate conversion, the redeemable value may vary slightly due to an exchange difference. 

We do our best to show products accurately, but displays and settings vary. We don't guarantee your screen's colour accuracy or that every description is error free. 

All returns, refunds, and timing are governed by our Refund Policy. 

Items marked Final Sale, including surprise/mystery bags, defective, samples, and git cards, are non returnable and non refundable. 

Discounts are not applied retroactively. Promotions are time bound and may change or end without notice. Some exclusions may apply. 

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. We may contact you about your orders, account, or service updates, even if you've opted out of marketing. 

If you submit reviews/photos/comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, edit, and share that content in connection with our business. Don't post anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful. We can moderate or remove content at our discretion. 

All site content (art, graphics, product designs, text, photos) are owned by or licensed to Sit Pretty Apparel and protected by IP laws. Don't copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission. None of our artwork or graphics are AI generated. 

We are not responsible for third party sites or how they operate in collaboration with Wix. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the policies, terms, and conditions of any third party shipping carriers used to fulfill your order, including but not limited to those related to delivery timelines, delays, customs processing, duties, tariffs, and import fees. 

The site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise uninterrupted, timely, or error-free service, or that every defect will be corrected. 

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, replacement costs). Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid us for the order related to that claim. 

You agree to indemnify and hold Sit Pretty Apparel and our team harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of laws or third party rights. 

We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time for any reason. Obligations that by their nature should survive that termination (e.g., IP, limitations of liability, indemnity) will survive. 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled by courts with jurisdiction in Canada. 

We can update these Terms at any time. The latest version of this page applies. If you continue using the site after changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
