Orders

What is my Order Status?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-12 days.

Pre-orders are collected for 2 weeks on average. They are then sent off to print and shipped out which will usually take 14-18 days depending on the size of the order.

If you order and preorder, they will be sent out together with the preorder to save on shipping for you! 

You will receive a confirmation with tracking and other information once it has shipped. 

Processing and shipping times may be delayed due to an influx in orders or delays with the post office (we're a small crew of two, please be patient!)

Can I make a change to my Order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact us to change your address.

Can I cancel my order?

Non Pre-Order: Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of ordering. To do so, email us at sitprettyapparel@gmail.com. To make a modification of an order, the order must be cancelled due to our operating system. For more information, please see our return policy.

Pre-Order: Cancellations can be made within the deadline for the pre-order. Modifications of an order can be made through cancellation and re-entry of the order due to our operating system. To do so, email us at sitprettyapparel@gmail.com

I haven't received a confirmation email

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely:

  • Your order was not processed correctly.
  • You have entered an incorrect email address with your order.
  • The email went to your spam folder.

Shipping and Returns

Do you offer local pick up?

At this time, we do not offer local pick-up or drop-off.

Should we ever have a local storefront or have a vendor position at an event or location it will be advertised!

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping rates are determined by package weight and size, as well as your location. We try and package our merchandise as efficiently as possible to prevent you from incurring any additional costs from sizing!

Orders above $150.00 CAD (before discounts and taxes) are eligible for free shipping within North America.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If an item doesn't fit or just isn't the right fit for you, you are more than welcome to return it, however, to be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition and unworn.

We inspect all returned items, so please be careful when trying on your clothing (ex: remove jewelry that could snag, remove makeup, and don't wear perfume).

If the item is not in its original condition, you will not be eligible for a refund. This includes excessive pet hair, makeup or deodorant stains, smoke or food odour, visibly worn, etc.

If the item is not eligible for a refund, it can be shipped back to you at your cost, or donated upon request.

We do not return or exchange stickers.

Why was my return rejected?

As a small business with small batch orders, we can only accept returns that are able to be resold. This is why we personally inspect all returns for quality.

Your return can be rejected for pet hair, makeup/deodorant stains, tears, smell, or signs of wear. For an item to be resellable, it must be safe for those with allergies or sensitivities. Pet hair, smell, or other residue could be harmful for them.

Items cannot be washed (by us or you) and must be in their original condition to be resold.

We recommend trying on your item without makeup or jewelry that could snag the fabric.

Sizing

What size should I buy?

Our sizing guide can be found on the product page of the item you're looking to buy. Our measurements are flat measurements so that you can compare them with your favourite garments!

Why are your shirts unisex?

The inclusive answer: We strive to create clothing that will fit anyone without limitation. Our clothes aim for comfort and functionality before anything else.

The business answer: As a small company, the less variations we have to make (especially if something isn't pre-ordered), the more money we can save and put toward giving you more designs instead!

Products and Inventory

Do you accept design ideas or custom design requests?

While we don't accept commissions or specific design orders, we are always open to hearing what you feel people would like to see on shirts and stickers, even if it's just a breed or an industry you'd like to see represented more!

Do you offer wholesale?

At this time we do not offer wholesale deals, however, we do have availability to place our shirts and stickers in stores for a slightly discounted rate to the buyer!

How often do you restock?

Sit Pretty is our passion project, so restocks happen depending on the amount of time on our hands, the demand for the individual products, and the future projects we have lined up so that we can use our resources efficiently.
