Orders

What is my order status?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-12 days. You will receive a confirmation with tracking and other information once it has shipped.

Processing and Shipping times may be delayed due to an influx in orders (we're a small crew of two, please be patient!)

Can I make a change to my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact us to change your address. Please email sitprettyapparel@gmail.com

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations or modifications. Please see our return policy for more information.

I haven't received a confirmation email

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely:

- Your order was not processed correctly.

- You have entered an incorrect email address with your order.

- The email went to your spam folder.

Shipping & Returns

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, we do not offer local pick-up or drop-off as we operate out of our home.

Should we ever have a local storefront or have a vendor position at an event it will be advertised!

How much does shipping cost?

Orders above $150.00 CAD (before discounts + taxes) are eligible for free shipping within North America.

Flat Rates for orders below $150:

Canada: $14.00 CAD

USA: $11.00 USD

Other Countries $30.00 CAD

Shipping for flat items such as stickers may be at a reduced cost for North America.

Can I return/exchange an item?

If an item doesn't fit or just isn't the right fit for you, you are more than welcome to return it, however, to be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition and unworn.

We inspect all returned items, so please be careful when trying on your clothing (ex: remove jewelry that could snag, remove makeup, and don't wear perfume).

If the item is not in its original condition, you will not be eligible for a refund. This includes pet hair, makeup or deodorant stains, smoke or food odour, visibly worn, etc.

If the item is not eligible for a refund it can be shipped back to you at your cost, or donated upon request.

Why was my return rejected?

As a small business with small batch orders, we can only accept returns that are able to be resold. This is why we personally inspect all returns for quality.

Your return can be rejected for pet hair, makeup/deodorant stains, tears, smell or signs of wear. For an item to be resaleable, it must be safe for those with allergies or sensitivities. Pet hair, smell, or other residue could be harmful to them.

Items cannot be washed (by us or you) and must be in their original condition to be resold.

We recommend trying on your item without makeup or jewelry that could snag the fabric.

What size should I buy?

Our sizing guide can be found on the product page of the item you're looking to buy. Our measurements are flat measurements so that you can compare them with your favourite garments!

Why are your shirts unisex?

We strive to create clothing that will fit any gender or body shape without limitation. Our clothes aim for comfort and design before anything else.

Do you accept design ideas or custom design requests?

We do not accept commissions, custom design orders, or design ideas

Do you offer wholesale?

At this time, we do not offer wholesale

How often do you restock?

We restock our popular products every 1-4 months.
